When will I get my order?

You’ll select a weekend delivery window at checkout. You don’t need to be home - we’ll still style your front stoop (unless otherwise noted or arranged). Once you’ve booked, we’ll reach out to firm up the exact time for your delivery and install.

Not sure what package is right for you?

No problem! Send us a photo of your space, and we’ll make recommendations based on your unique setup and style. Email us anytime at hello@bkharvestco.com.

Love pumpkins, but want something different?

Our three tiers were designed to make decorating easy, but if you’ve got something special in mind, we’d love to bring it to life. Send us a photo of your stoop plus your budget, and we’ll get dreaming. Custom orders start at $895.

Do you have a delivery zone?

Brooklyn Harvest Co does FREE delivery to Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. Outside these areas? Reach out at hello@bkharvestco.com and we’ll try to make it work.

What about end of season Pick-Up?

You can choose one of two weekends: after Halloween or after Thanksgiving. You don’t need to be home, but please note - we can only dispose of the pumpkins we deliver.

What’s your refund policy?

We’re a small, family-run business, so all sales are final. That said, life happens. If something really comes up, email us and we’ll see what we can do. ​​Holidays should be fun.
