When will I get my order?
You’ll select a weekend delivery window at checkout. You don’t need to be home - we’ll still style your front stoop (unless otherwise noted or arranged). Once you’ve booked, we’ll reach out to firm up the exact time for your delivery and install.
Not sure what package is right for you?
No problem! Send us a photo of your space, and we’ll make recommendations based on your unique setup and style. Email us anytime at hello@bkharvestco.com.
Love pumpkins, but want something different?
Our three tiers were designed to make decorating easy, but if you’ve got something special in mind, we’d love to bring it to life. Send us a photo of your stoop plus your budget, and we’ll get dreaming. Custom orders start at $895.
Do you have a delivery zone?
Brooklyn Harvest Co does FREE delivery to Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. Outside these areas? Reach out at hello@bkharvestco.com and we’ll try to make it work.
What about end of season Pick-Up?
For an additional charge, you can add a cleanup service to your order. At checkout, you’ll have the option to choose one of two weekends — after Halloween or after Thanksgiving. You don’t need to be home for the pickup, but please note that we can only remove the pumpkins we originally delivered.
What’s your refund policy?
We’re a small, family-run business, so all sales are final. That said, life happens. If something really comes up before your install, email us and we’ll see what we can do. Holidays should be fun.

Style Note
No two stoops (or pumpkins!) are alike. Every setup is one of a kind, styled to suit your space and bring the best of the season to your door.
PLEASE NOTE:
Pumpkins are natural and will eventually start to break down — that’s part of their charm! Once they begin to soften, it’s best to toss or compost them to avoid any staining on your stoop. Brooklyn Harvest Co. can not be responsible for any surface damage caused by pumpkins left out past their prime.
